Process Redesign
Significantly reduced scrap and increased reactor operating rates for major polyethylene manufacturer by developing unique sequencing protocol for similar products on common reactors.
 
Invoice Dispute Policy
Resolved major invoice dispute problem with root cause analysis and corrective action plan which shifted pricing policy from price on ship date to price on enter date.
 
Interest Free Equipment Loan
Secured five year contract for highly profitable new business. Used interest free loan for equipment purhase by industry leading converter supplying Fortune 500 customer, to support product shift from corrugated to flexible packaging film.
